Terms and Conditions
- All CanAffco Affiliate Poker Tour (CAPT) participants must have a single and unique user account at Cardoza Games
- No U.S. player accounts will be accepted. U.S. affiliates can only participate in this event if they are outside of the U.S. at the time the tournament is hosted. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience
- Participants will then visit the CAPT website to pre-register the tournament. Participants will be required to supply specific Cardoza Games player account and contact information
- Pre-Registration on CAPT will open on Friday, January 18th, 2008. Pre-Registration on CAPT will close on Monday, February 25th, 2008 at 7 pm Eastern/Midnight GMT
- CAPT will supply a comprehensive list of all pre-registrants to Cardoza Games. Cardoza Games will then perform restricted list entry access for only those players
- Participants in the CAPT Event will be required to register themselves via the Cardoza Games tournament lobby. Only those players who have officially pre-registered via the CAPT website will be eligible to play
- The CAPT Event will take place on Wednesday, February 27th, 2008, at 4 pm Eastern/9 pm GMT
- Members who have pre-registered with valid Cardoza Games player account information will be eligible to register for the CAPT Event by selecting “Register” from the event’s Tournament Lobby on Cardoza Games
- The tournament format will be No Limit Texas Holdem. Actual registration for this event will open on Tuesday, February 26th, at 1 pm Eastern/6 pm GMT, and will close 5 minutes before the start of the tournament
- All cash prize payouts will be administered by Cardoza Games and credited directly to the winning members’ Cardoza Games accounts
- Cash Added Private Events will be executed by Cardoza Games. CAPT will email winning affiliate regarding their respective private tournaments for set up
- Winning affiliate private events will be set up by each affiliate, and must run on or before April 30, 2008
- The $40 CPA will be paid when the player has raked $40
- The $20 CPA will be paid when the player has raked $20
